exactly the configuration it quoted, and the order is placed there. A free digital proof follows
the order and production begins once the buyer approves it.

`create_instant_quote` is the only tool that writes. It issues a numbered quote with every line
priced, emails the buyer a PDF copy, and returns a link that opens the quote without a sign-in,
so it can be forwarded for approval and ordered and paid from as it is. Once a quote exists,
send the buyer to that quote link to order, not to the product page, which would start a second
order. It needs the buyer's full name, work email and phone; confirm the product, configuration,
quantity, full name and email with the buyer first: the name and email cannot be corrected on the
quote afterwards, and each call issues a separate quote. The quote is priced against the live
catalog, so report its totals rather than an earlier `quote_price` figure. The server cannot
place an order, take payment or request a sample.

Products are titled for what they are, not for the occasion they are bought for, so an
occasion or gifting ask should browse a category ("2026 Gift Guide", "Special Occasions",
"Boxes & Gift Baskets") rather than search for the occasion by name.
