The Xtreme-Flex™ Soft Shell No Hood Jacket is built from polyester soft shell material engineered to be highly water resistant, windproof, and breathable. This construction provides warmth without the weight or bulk of traditional outerwear, making it a practical layer for active work environments.

Your logo is screen printed on the jacket using the Screen Print — Dark Colors method, which applies up to six colors of opaque ink directly onto the fabric for crisp, solid artwork.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
